退貨換貨或退款準則 Conditions of Exchange / Refund

1. 1. 不設退款 No refund

1. 1. 購買療程或產品後，如需換貨必須於購物日起7天內進行； All requests for exchange must be made within 7days from date of purchase ; applicable on both treatment & product;

1. 1. 如未能出示與產品/療程相關之發票正本，恕不接受任何換貨； Exchange will not be accepted unless original receipt of the relevant merchandise is presented within 7days from date of purchase ;

1. 1. 所有已開啟使用或遭損毀之產品，已開始使用的療程，不接受任何換貨或退貨。本公司保留確定貨品是否有上述情況的紹對權利； No exchange or refund will be accepted if the relevant merchandise has been consumed or damaged. SNO has absolute right to determine the condition of merchandise ;

1. 1. 所有換購價推廣、贈品推廣及套裝推廣之產品，只限更換同等價值之相同貨品； Any promotional items including value packs, gifts with purchase etc. can only be exchange for the same item with the same value, within 7days from date of purchase

1. Swisso Beauty保留以上細則之最後及絕對決定權 Swisso Beauty has absolute right in determinating the above terms and conditions.
